At Automation Nation, we specialize in providing high-quality digital products and solutions, including a wide range of websites (portfolio, e-commerce, multi-vendor, dropshipping, custom), courses platforms, and communication solutions. All our products are digital in nature and are delivered exclusively online. This policy outlines the terms for returns and refunds, designed to be clear and compliant with Google Merchant Center guidelines for digital goods.

1. Nature of Our Products and Delivery

Our offerings consist solely of digital products and services. This means:

  • No Physical Goods: We do not sell or ship any physical products. Therefore, traditional return processes involving physical shipment do not apply.
  • Online-Only Delivery: All products and services are delivered electronically or deployed directly to your designated online domain. Access is typically granted immediately upon successful setup or completion of the project.
  • Immediate Access and Full Possession: Upon delivery or deployment, customers gain full access and possession of the digital product. This immediate and irreversible transfer of value is a key consideration in our refund policy.

2. Policy for One-Time Purchase Models

For products and solutions acquired through a one-time payment, such as custom website development, ready-made website purchases (e.g., Portfolio, E-commerce, Multi-Vendor, Dropshipping, Courses Platform, Communication Solutions), the following terms apply:

  • No Refunds After Delivery: Due to the irreversible nature of digital product delivery and the immediate transfer of full possession, intellectual property rights (where applicable), and access upon deployment to the customer’s designated online domain, we do not offer refunds for one-time purchase models once the product has been delivered and made accessible. This policy is in line with industry standards for digital goods, where the value is consumed upon access.
  • Pre-Delivery Cancellation: Customers may request to cancel a one-time purchase project before the final delivery and deployment to their domain. In such cases, eligibility for a partial refund will be assessed based on the amount of work completed and resources expended up to the point of cancellation. Any refund issued will be net of costs incurred for design, development, and administrative efforts already undertaken.
  • Design and Development Iterations: We are committed to client satisfaction and aim to deliver a product that meets your expectations. For all one-time purchase models, we include two (2) rounds of revisions or iterations based on the initial project scope and feedback provided during the development process. These iterations are specifically for refining the design, functionality, and content within the agreed-upon parameters. Requests for additional revisions beyond these two rounds, or changes that significantly deviate from the initial project scope, may be subject to additional charges and will be quoted separately.

3. Policy for Subscription Models

For products and solutions offered under a recurring subscription model, the following terms apply:

  • Flexible Cancellation: Customers on a subscription plan have the freedom to cancel their subscription at any time without penalty. There are no long-term contracts binding you to our services beyond your current billing cycle.
  • Service Continuation Upon Cancellation: Upon cancellation, access to the subscribed service or website will remain active until the end of the current billing period for which payment has already been made. This ensures you receive the full value of your last payment.
  • No Refunds for Partial or Unused Periods: We do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial months, unused portions of a subscription period, or any time remaining after cancellation within a paid billing cycle. Your subscription benefits will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, at which point no further charges will be applied.
  • Non-Refundable Setup Fees: Any initial setup fees associated with commencing a subscription service are non-refundable once the setup process has been completed and the service has been successfully initiated and made available to the customer.

4. Exceptional Circumstances and Dispute Resolution

While our policies are generally firm due to the nature of digital products, Automation Nation recognizes that exceptional circumstances may arise. We reserve the right to consider deviations from this policy on a case-by-case basis under the following rare conditions:

  • Verifiable Non-Delivery: If, due to a confirmed error on our part, a purchased digital product (one-time payment) is not delivered or made accessible to the customer’s domain within the agreed-upon timeframe, and all reasonable attempts by Automation Nation to rectify the delivery issue have failed, a full refund may be issued.
  • Major Unrectifiable Defects (One-Time Purchase): In the highly unlikely event that a delivered product for a one-time purchase model contains severe, fundamental defects that render it entirely unusable for its intended purpose, and Automation Nation is unable to rectify these defects within the scope of the agreed-upon iterations and a reasonable timeframe, a partial or full refund may be considered. Such cases will require thorough investigation and mutual agreement.
  • Dispute Resolution: We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any concerns or issues regarding our products or services. Our goal is to ensure client satisfaction, and we will work diligently to find a fair resolution for any legitimate concerns.
